By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

I reserve the right to deny a commission.

Payment is taken through PayPal or Stripe in Euro, upfront or half upfront, half upon delivery.

I (the artist) own and retain rights to publish the artwork (and all process works related to the project) in print and online unless otherwise specified at the time of agreement in writing.

You (the client) of the custom art, are allowed personal usage rights. This does not mean you are allowed to mass produce, alter or use the artwork commercially nor remove my signature.

Major changes in composition/pose are only accepted in the sketch phase.

For commercial use of the artwork, terms of usage are negotiated in the contract agreement.

Do not use the commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or AI training

Do not post the commissioned artwork without crediting me as @Awerzo

Commissions may take up to 1 week to 3 months. If anything arises during this time, you will be notified immediately

A full refund may be requested if I haven’t started on your project. A partial refund can be given depending on the drawing stage.
